Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. A qualified, appropriately licensed captain is required for every trip; guests are not permitted to operate the vessel. Please arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled departure for check-in and a safety briefing. All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions, and the confirmed passenger limit must not be exceeded. Provide the number of adults and children when booking so passenger capacity and life jacket sizing can be confirmed. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult and wear properly fitted life jackets while on deck or underway. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, and glass containers are not permitted onboard. The primary renter must review and accept the rental agreement before departure.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 7 days before the scheduled departure qualify for a full refund of the boat rental charge. Cancellations received at least 48 hours but less than 7 days before departure qualify for a 50% refund of the boat rental charge. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before departure and no-shows are non-refundable. Late arrival does not extend the booked trip or qualify for a refund of missed time. If the trip is cancelled before departure because of unsafe weather, mechanical problems, or boat unavailability, guests may choose a full refund of the boat rental charge or reschedule an equivalent trip at no additional charge, subject to availability. The captain determines whether conditions are safe for departure. Cancellation deadlines are calculated using the departure location’s local time. Booking-platform service fees and any separately paid captain fees are subject to the respective provider’s cancellation and refund terms.
