Requirements: Renters must be 25+ with moderate boating experience; novice captains are not permitted. Florida law requires operators born on or after January 1, 1988, to carry approved boating safety credentials and photo ID. Renters must demonstrate safe handling, navigation and docking skills. Follow all boating laws, capacity limits and weather advisories. No reckless operation or boating under the influence. Renter is responsible for passengers, fuel, damage, equipment and timely return. Vessel is kept in dry storage; coordinate marina launch and retrieval. Return clean, with all equipment aboard, and report any damage immediately. No unauthorized operators.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made 14 days or more before departure receive a 100% refund, less a $15 administrative fee. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 14 days before departure receive a 25% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 72 hours, no-shows or early returns.
