Cancellation Policy:Cancellation Policy for Boat Rental
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for both parties.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the rental start date: You will receive a full refund of the rental fee, minus a fixed administration fee of amount or percentage.
Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the rental start date: You will receive a 80% refund of the rental fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the rental start date: No refund will be issued unless we are able to rebook the boat for the same period. In that case, a refund will be made minus a fixed administration fee.
Force Majeure:

If a cancellation occurs due to force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events), the renter will be offered:

A full refund, OR
The option to reschedule the booking for a future date within 6-12 months, subject to availability.

Changes to the Booking:

If you need to make changes to your booking (dates, number of passengers, etc.), please contact us at least 14 days before the rental start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Refund Processing:

All eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request being approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-refundable Fees:

Please note that any expenses already incurred for provisioning, permits, or other costs directly related to your booking may not be refundable.
