? Boating Experience: Prior boating experience is highly recommended. If you’re a beginner, a captain can be provided upon request.
? Valid ID: A government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) is required at the time of rental.
? Boating License (If Required): If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires you to have a Boating Safety Education Identification Card or equivalent boating certificate. (You can get a temporary permit online if needed.)
? Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages.

?? Rental & Safety Rules:

? Max Capacity: Up to 8 passengers (including children).
? Navigation Area: The boat is approved for use in designated waterways, including Lake Toho, East Lake Toho, Butler Chain of Lakes, Indian River Lagoon, and the Intracoastal Waterway.
? No Offshore Use: This boat is for inshore and nearshore waters only – no deep-sea boating.
? No Reckless Boating: Follow all boating laws, speed limits, and no-wake zones.
? Life Jackets: Provided for all passengers and must be worn by children under 6 years old at all times.
? No Smoking or Glass Bottles – To prevent fire hazards and breakage.
? No Towing or Water Sports – Tubing, wakeboarding, and skiing are not permitted.

? Full Tank Provided: The boat is delivered with a full tank of gas. Renters must refuel before returning or cover the cost of refueling.
? Cleanliness: Please return the boat in the same clean condition it was received. Trash and personal items should be removed.
? Late Return Fees: The boat must be returned on time to avoid additional charges.
