Renter Requirements: ? Minimum Age: Must be 21 years or older to rent. ? Boating Experience: Prior boating experience is highly recommended. If you’re a beginner, a captain can be provided upon request. ? Valid ID: A government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) is required at the time of rental. ? Boating License (If Required): If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires you to have a Boating Safety Education Identification Card or equivalent boating certificate. (You can get a temporary permit online if needed.) ? Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages. ?? Rental & Safety Rules: ? Max Capacity: Up to 8 passengers (including children). ? Navigation Area: The boat is approved for use in designated waterways, including Lake Toho, East Lake Toho, Butler Chain of Lakes, Indian River Lagoon, and the Intracoastal Waterway. ?
