This 40' houseboat provides the perfect waterfront vacation package. Fish off the covered forward deck or relax on the top deck. This boat resides on one of the most beautiful and undeveloped lakes in the Southeast. Lake Marion holds six state-record fishing species including 5 lb Crappie, and 109 lb Arkansas Blue Catfish. Sunsets among the cypress trees are amazing, and activities abound for all ages. Sleeping capacity is up to six people with additional accomodations available including brand new custom built cottages. The rates below represent 2 night/3day lodging packages at the dock. The boat is also available for use on the water. Daily, nightly, weekend, weekly, and monthly rates are available. Please call for details. We are happy to accommodate your group whatever your needs may be! All rentals include free on- water safety class, and an introduction to navigating the lake!
